Personal Biography of Adrian Baginski

My name is Adrian Baginski and I am one of the founders and trustees for New Chapter 1 and YourBody Gym.

I was born in Poland and this was where I grew up, During my time here I gained experience through my work as a lifeguard. As a lifeguard, my main job was to observe and take care of the well-being of individuals and within this, I managed to save a lot of lives. I am hoping that my experience can be of benefit here and can be shared to support others. I also have experience within the Army where I served for 1 year, this was a challenging time but was also very rewarding for me to give back to my community.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. I offer personal training sessions on a one-to-one basis or in groups, I feel working on your body contributes to having a healthy mind. This has been my main focus for some time now in supporting others to better themselves and improve their self-image, confidence and mental well-being. I feel that everyone can benefit from fitness training its just about finding what you enjoy and what works for you! From living in Poland and moving to the UK my interests have remained the same, I still very much enjoy training and supporting individuals in their self-body image. Currently, I have come to partner with NC1 to provide mental health support to individuals within our community, the Gym is run by myself as head manager along with other PTs. I hold my qualification for Personal training of level 3 so I am equipped to train and give nutritional advice to support the health and well-being of body and mind.

I believe my personal experiences give me the opportunity to empower others to resolve current issues and develop coping strategies for others and their future. Mentoring and offering my experience and skills developed allows me to effectively provide an ongoing relationship to support and guild those who need this. My area of interest is fitness training and I have come into contact with areas that allow me to support those struggling with their self-image, and confidence. This experience allows me to offer a wide range of person-centred training techniques to build one’s confidence and self-esteem. My life and personal experiences allow me to be a good role model and share my knowledge and personal expertise to better one’s life.
